The Dimpled Pint Glass Is Back!

10:48 am

If you've been out and about a lot lately, you may have noticed a startling new trend. The craft beer craze is booming, and with more and more people opting for a hoppy, refreshing beer instead of a lager, suppliers are struggling to meet demand. And as demand for these tasty, trendy drinks has grown, so has the demand for new and interesting ways to serve them.

The classic dimpled pint glass is the vessel of choice for the modern ale drinker, and it's not hard to see why. These beautiful glasses are truly iconic, and though they fell out of favour for a few years, there's no doubting that they're back to stay.

This is, of course, great news for the catering industry, for a number of reasons. As well as enabling pubs and bars to diversify and offer their clientele a wider selection of drinks, the craft ale revival will allow restaurants to get in on the act as well.

The beauty of craft ale, as opposed to lager or traditional bitter, is that thanks to the huge variety of tastes available and the sense of prestige they confer upon the drinker, they can be used to complement dishes of fine dining restaurants. Encouraging your customers to pair their roasted duck with a Belgian style quadrupel beer, or their barbecue chicken with an American amber ale might just give you the edge over your competitors, and keep your customers coming back for more.

The classic Dimpled Pint Glass is available in packs of 24, while the Half Pint Glass is available in packs of 36.
