Pre-heat your
oven to 200 degrees.

Unwrap your
camembert and using a sharp knife, slice a small amount from the top to remove
the rind.

Drizzle a small
amount of extra virgin olive oil onto the exposed cheese and add salt and
pepper to taste.
4.
Pop the
camembert into your porcelain camembert baker and place it into the oven for 15-20 minutes until bubbling.
5.
Serve immediately
with your choice of bread for dipping.
