Don't Turn Your Food to Ashes!

9:43 am

No one knows what we did, if anything, but the temperature has suddenly skyrocketed!

Everywhere pale, squinting Brits are emerging from the Wimbledon euphoria of Andy Murray’s triumph and hitting the beer garden or restaurant terrace. It’s fair to say that food-serving businesses everywhere have seen the numbers through the door go the same way as the thermostat.

It’s time to kick into gear.

Invest in a good quality barbecue to entertain your sun worshipers. Fill their stomachs with burgers and hot dogs and keep a steady flow of drinks ready for the after-dinner thirst.

Pitchers and non-slip trays are your best friend when traversing the restaurant landscape, through running kids and flung-out elbows. Make sure your products reach the intended target.

There’s never been a better time to up your game and invest in the latest catering equipment. Much like England in the just-started Ashes tournament, your customers want a well-cut lawn, a decent bowl and a post-match cold one.

Jolly good show chaps.
