After you have assembled
your chocolate fountain, its time to use it!
Ensure that your fountain
is on an even surface, otherwise the resulting ‘curtain’ of melted chocolate
will be uneven and have gaps in it! You must also ensure that any vent holes
are left uncovered, to keep the motor cool during operation.
Step 1: Preheat the
fountain for approximately 5-10 minutes.
Step 2: Add the chocolate
and remember to follow the instructions for the minimum amount you must add.
Step 3: Once the chocolate
is completely melted, lower the temperature and switch the motor on. This will
make the chocolate travel up the centre of the fountain and begin to flow down
the tiers on the fountain.
